What HireMind does, and the one idea that makes it different.
HireMind is an AI recruitment assistant. It reads every CV you receive, understands what the job requires, and ranks candidates by how well they fit the job and the way your company hires. Then your team decides who moves forward.
The flow
- Create a job — paste or upload the job description. AI turns it into structured requirements.
- Check the requirements — each one is marked must have, important, preferred or optional. Change anything.
- Upload CVs — PDF, Word, scanned files, photos or a ZIP; ten or five thousand.
- Read the ranking — every candidate gets an overall score, a must-have table, strengths, gaps and the reasons behind their rank.
- Shortlist — open the top candidates, compare them side by side and move them on the board.
What makes it different
A normal applicant tracking system asks "does this CV match the job?". HireMind also asks "does this person match how we hire?". You describe that once, in plain sentences, in your hiring profile. Two companies can upload the same CVs and get different shortlists — because they value different things.
What it never does
HireMind never shortlists or rejects anyone by itself. When a mandatory requirement looks missing, it says HR review recommended. Every decision is made by a person on your team and logged with their name.
