The talent pool

Every candidate who has ever applied to your company stays in Talent pool, with all their applications. On a job page, matches in your talent pool suggests past applicants who fit the new role — including people who were not selected for a different one.

Invite them with the New role for a past applicant email.

Retention

Candidates with no new activity for the retention period in your company settings are anonymised automatically.
